Like risotto but with... well, oats. Delightful on its own or eaten with a fried egg, smoked salmon, or crispy tempeh.

Made with a bunch of beautiful Oregon-grown ingredients: rolled oats, toasted hazelnuts, dried porcini mushrooms, nettle, even the salt comes from the Oregon coast.
